"My wife and I began using this service in 2001. I vividly recall my wife saying she booked Personal Touch Limousine Service because the owner, Joseph Garguilo answered his own phone. From our first ride with Joseph and his staff, to the present, some twenty four years later, we have been more than pleased with the professionalism, personalized attention and outstanding courtesy extended to family, friends and ourselves. The service is safe, reliable and true to its name, Personal Touch! Joseph, himself is an extraordinary man, friendly, outgoing, funny and full of life. A ride with him is like a visit to his home. He is warm, caring and meticulous in everything he does. His staff mirrors his excellence. This is, by far, the best service I have ever commissioned for airport and taxi jaunts as well as limousine services as needed. If you want the best, I highly recommend this company. "Joe from Personal Touch Limos saved the day for my daughter’s after prom!! I had a catastrophic miscommunication with another limo company and they did not show up as they believed the prom was the following day. My daughter and her friends were devastated!! A wonderful mother saved the day by calling Joe to persuade him to provide a party bus into the city. That mom had booked Personal Touch to take the girls and their dates to and from the prom venue. She called Joe in the middle of the night when I realized the other bus was not coming. He had no driver available so Joe stepped in and drove the bus himself! He was not mentally prepared to do it and it was a terrible job (bunch of loud and annoying teenagers). But he did it and I will never forget his professional and caring attitide. I also have to thank the very persistent mom who would not give up and the other moms who were super supportive during a very stressful and upsetting hour! I recommend Personal Touch Limos to all!! Courteous, reliable and Joe goes above and beyond what anyone could ask of a limo company!!"
