"I would highly recommend! I spoke to Joe a few days before my daughter's wedding and he was very helpful and able to accommodate us on short notice. Phil was our driver and he was absolutely wonderful!! Very professional and courteous!! I will definitely use them again. Thank you for the exceptional service!!"

"These guys gave us an unbelievable experience. They were not on time but early. The driver rob was VERY professional and attentive to our guests. Limo was clean and everything was done as promised. Joe is great as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for limos and party related transport! Thanks guys for the great memories!"

"Frankie was our driver, I actually booked them through ACE Limousine. Which they were terrible with communication and customer service; therefore, I was having a lot of doubts. Frankie showed up half an hour early, waited for all the guests to arrive and even assisted me bringing things into the limo. I was expecting a limo and Frankie explained to me patiently that ACE limousine is actually not their company, it is a 3rd party bookings company. Which made a lot of sense with his customer service and their lack of customer service. Also, his company upgraded our ride for better comfort. I just want to thank Frankie for going above and beyond for making my birthday trip stress-less and easy peasy. I would definitely recommend Frankie and Personal Touch to friends and family. Thank you."
